Kinder mit diesem Syndrom k\u00f6nnen nicht selbstst\u00e4ndig leben und sind in hohem Ma\u00dfe auf Pflegekr\u00e4fte und Eltern angewiesen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>F\u00fcr letztere kann die Betreuung eines Kindes mit fortschreitenden Behinderungen eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung darstellen, da sie sich st\u00e4ndig umstellen m\u00fcssen und keine angemessene Unterst\u00fctzung erhalten.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Obwohl das Wohlbefinden der Pflegepersonen sehr wichtig ist, wird es oft nicht als ein Parameter zur Verbesserung der Gesundheit von Menschen mit MDS angesehen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnte die Belastung der Pflegekr\u00e4fte nicht nur die Gesundheit dieser gef\u00e4hrdeten Patientenpopulation verbessern, sondern auch die Lebensqualit\u00e4t ihrer Familien, was f\u00fcr die gesamte Gesellschaft von Vorteil w\u00e4re.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u039f Dr. Pehlivan und sein Team untersuchten Mal zum ersten die Belastung der Betreuer von Patienten mit MECP2 Genduplikation Syndrom. Sie erstellten zun\u00e4chst eine Belastungsskala, um die Auswirkungen der st\u00e4ndigen Herausforderungen zu bewerten, mit denen die Pfleger konfrontiert sind. Diese Gef\u00fchle tragen zu einem hohen Belastungswert bei.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>- Es zeigte sich, dass der Belastungswert mit dem Vorhandensein von Epilepsie bei MDS-Patienten zunimmt. Verstopfung, Infektionen, Mobilit\u00e4t, Alter des MDS-Patienten oder des Pflegepersonals sowie die Dauer der Pflege hatten keinen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Belastung.
