• Comment and tag 1 to 3 friends in the post

Bonus entry: If you want to increase your chances of winning (and support the association), become a member of the association for just 10 euros.

The competition will start on 25/09/2024 and end on 11/10/2024 (19:00 CET).

Rules for the "2-night stay at the Banyan Tree Hotel, Dubai" competition

Here you'll find the basic rules for taking part and the regulations for running the competition smoothly.

Main rules :

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

• The competition is open to residents from all over the world.

• Existing members of the DupMECP2 - lasst uns MDS heilen association are automatically eligible for bonus entry without having to re-subscribe.

• Participants must understand that it is their responsibility to organise the trip and that the association does not take responsibility for it. DupMECP2 - lass uns MDS heilen, is not responsible for the affairs surrounding the management of the trip (including air tickets, transfers, passport validation and the like).

How can you take part?

You can participate on various social media platforms.

• Step 1: Like the official competition post on one of our social networking platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

• Step 2: Follow the @dupmecp2 account.

• Step 3: Comment on the post, tagging 1 to 3 friends.

The 3 stages must be followed to obtain a participation.

Members of the association automatically receive an entry in the list of participants, unless explicitly requested otherwise by email.

Participants:

People who already follow the DupMECP2 accounts on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) will be able to take part in the competition. All they have to do is like and comment on the official post launching the competition.

People who are members of the DupMECP2 association in 2024 will receive prior notification of the competition by email. The email will contain all the information about the competition and members will be able to choose whether or not to take part. Their name will be included in the list of participants once, and they can participate again by following the 3 steps mentioned above via social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok).

Participation period :

The competition begins on 25/09/2024 and ends on 11/10/2024. All entries must be submitted by 7pm Central European Time on 11/10/2024.

Winner's selection :

• The winner will be chosen at random from the eligible entries using a random selection tool.

• On Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok, one action (like, follow, comment) equals one participation, and becoming a member adds an additional participation.

• The winner will be announced on social networks on 15/10/2024 and in the newsletter in December.

Price :

The prize includes a 2-night trip to Dubai for two people worth €1,000 at the Banyan Hotel, including breakfast.

The voucher must be used before 18 January 2025. The expiry date cannot be changed.

Additional rules:

The winner must respond within 48 hours of the announcement to claim the prize. If there is no response, a new winner will be chosen at random.

The prize will be sent by post and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Data protection :

By playing, participants agree to their data being used for this competition and to being contacted by the DupMECP2 - Lasst uns MDS heilen organisation once the winner has been selected. Confidentiality will be respected in accordance with the GDPR. (Regulation - 2016/679 - EN - gdpr - EUR-Lex (europa.eu) )

Disqualification :

Any attempt to manipulate or alter the winning process (for example, the use of bots or false accounts) will result in disqualification. DupMECP2 reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules of the game.

Responsibility :

DupMECP2 - Lasst uns MDS heilen is not responsible for any technical problems or errors that may affect the participation process.

DupMECP2 - Lasst uns MDS heilen is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations or other problems related to travel or hotel reservations. (as well as any other problems that may arise once the winner has received the voucher).

Modification/cancellation :

The DupMECP2 - Lasst uns MDS heilen organisation reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical problems or other valid reasons.
