Rules of the giveaway “2 night stay at Banyan Tree hotel, Dubai”
Here you can find the basic rules of participation and regulation for the smooth discourse of the giveaway.
Fundamental Rules
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- The giveaway is open to residents from all over the world.
- Existing members of the association DupMECP2 – lasst uns MDS heilen are automatically eligible for a bonus entry without re-subscribing.
- Participants must understand that it is their responsibility to schedule the trip, and the association does not pay for it. DupMECP2 – lass uns MDS heilen, is not responsible for any affairs surrounding the management of the trip (incl. flight tickets, transfers, passport validation and others).
How to participate:
You can participate on different social media platforms.
- Step 1: Like the official giveaway post on one of our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook or TikTok)
- Step 2: Follow the @dupmecp2 account.
- Step 3: Comment on the post, tagging 1 to 3 friends.
All 3 steps must be fulfilled to have an entry.
DupMECP2 members automatically receive an entry in the giveaway list, unless requested otherwise.
Participants:
Previous followers of DupMECP2 social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) will be able to participate in the giveaway. They must just like and comment the official giveaway post.
Someone who has acquired a DupMECP2-membership in 2024 for the same year or longer will receive previous notice about the giveaway via email. The email will contain all the information about the giveaway and members can choose if they want to participate or not. Their names will be inserted into the slot one time, and they can participate another time following all 3 steps mentioned above via social media (Instagram, Facebook,Tiktok).
Entry Period:
The giveaway starts on 25/09/2024 and ends on 11/10/2024. All entries must be submitted by 7 pm Central European Time, 11/10/2024.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries using a random selection tool.
- On Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok action (like, follow, comment) equals one entry, and a membership subscription adds one bonus entry.
- The winner will be announced on social media on 15/10/2024 and in the newsletter in December.
Prize:
The prize includes a 2-night trip to Dubai voucher, for two people in the value of 1000€ in the Banyan hotel, with breakfast included.
The voucher must be used by the 18th of January 2025. And the expiration date cannot be changed.
Additional Rules:
The winner must respond within 48 hours of the announcement to claim the prize. If unresponsive, a new winner will be randomly chosen.
The price will be sent by post and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Privacy:
By entering, participants agree to the use of their data for giveaway purposes and to be contacted by the organization DupMECP2 – Lasst uns MDS heilen once the winner is selected. Privacy will be respected according to GDPR. (Regulation – 2016/679 – EN – gdpr – EUR-Lex (europa.eu) )
Disqualification:
Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the giveaway process (e.g., using bots or fake accounts) will result in disqualification. DupMECP2 reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the giveaway rules.
Liability:
DupMECP2 – Lasst uns MDS heilen is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may affect the entry process.
DupMECP2 – Lasst uns MDS heilen is not liable for travel delays, cancellations, or other issues related to the prize trip, or hotel booking. (As in other issues that may raise once the voucher is with the winner)
Modification/Cancellation:
The organization DupMECP2 – Lasst uns MDS heilen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or other valid reasons.
