Demystifying the ATTUNE Study

In May 2024, Ionis published the ATTUNE study protocol on clinicaltrials.gov.

With the aim of providing a better understanding to all, our team shortly after launched a global survey to collect questions about the study from families. We received over 150 questions from families across 18 countries. The questions were all addressed by MDS experts, including David Covini (DupMECP2), Katie Wester-Neal (MECP2 Duplication Foundation), Dr. Davut Pehlivan (NRI Houston), and Ionis’ team, ensuring every response is accurate.

This e-booklet compiles the answers to the most frequent questions and concerns from families worldwide.
